July 18 - 22: Boyz Night Out - Utah: Ron, Arthur, Jim and I traveled to Utah for and extended Boyz Night Out to see some of the natural wonders that state has to offer. We spent time camping in the Moab / Canyonlands area. Needless to say it was hot!! 100+ degrees during the daytime. So we quickly learned that we had to head for the hills at night in order to sleep comfortably. We showered at the Moab Swim Center, which made the camping easier and dined at a couple of recommended Moab restaurants. We experienced Arches National Park and then Canyonlands National Park (my personal favorite) and took in many hikes including the "Death March" at the very remote Horseshoe Canyon to see the supposed 14,000 year old pictographs. But, luckily, we all survived and ended our trip by spending a night and a morning in the wonderful community of Frisco, CO. All in all, it was a great great adventure.
