SUNDAY; SEPTEMBER 2, 2007: LABOR DAY WEEKEND - We celebrated the official end of summer, by going to Bloomington, IN and enjoying the Annual 4th Street Art Festival. Charles and Tessa have recently just moved into an apartment for the school year. And Tessa's mom, Pat, flew in for the weekend as well. Our first stop was to see their apartment. It would be hard for me to picture a better place to live close to campus, than the one Tessa found. They are on the upper floor of a converted limestone house, which has two bedrooms, a nice living room, small kitchen, two full bathrooms and plenty of storage. Then, it was off to see the 4th Street Art Festival. And the highlight of that was seeing Tessa dance as part of a Belly Dance Class performance. We finished up the day at Nick's Pizza on Kirkwood Avenue. Doesn't get much better than that.
